I wish I was the type of person that woke up at 5am every morning, without fail, to workout. There are people that I am friends with that can't function for the rest of the day if they don't go to the gym or do some form of exercise. I wish I had that problem!! Almost as badly as I wish for a tape worm....honestly. I do however, enjoy working out. This past year, I have been more committed to running. I feel that it has helped the most to get back in shape, although I am still far from it. I am trying to get sexy toned legs by the time I am 30, which is in 6 months. This is the best way that I know how. If anybody has any fresh ideas on how to get them quicker, I am open for suggestions. As for the couch potato part...I am more than willing to sit or lay my fat butt on the couch and watch episode after episode of "One Tree Hill" or anything on my DVR or On Demand. I stand on my feet all day long at my job. Not only am I standing and I literally running around. I love it, but it can be tiring. So sometimes the last thing I really want to do is go running.
So there you have it. I'm a little bit of both.
